A variety of models and specifications of components can be installed in the cabinet according the client requirement or different use occasions .

Depending on the different types of electrical equipment, multiple types of feeder units can be installed in the same column or in the same cabinet . For example, The feed circuit can be mixed with the motor control circuit.

Relative humidity : Not exceed 50% at 40 degree ,  There maybe condensation at lower temperatures if there is higher relative humidity .

Above sea level :  below 2500M .

Remarks: Client should feedback to the manufacture if the environment could not meet the above condition .

Structure and characteristics

  1. Cabinet Frame
    • The cabinet frame is made of special C type material (25mm), three-way connections , assembled by locking self-tapping screws and high strength bolts , There are various specifications , can combined to different cabinet frame according different cabinet and actual requirement .
    • The cabinet frame  made of  cold-rolled steel plate (thickness :  2mm)  or imported application with aluminum and zinc plate .

3  .Cabinet body combination form

3.1  Drawer Cabinet (MCC)

  1.   Drawer Cabinet is made of drawer , cabinet frame, and relative components , electrical elements are fixed in the drawer , There are the drawer unit specification :  8E/4 , 8E/2, 8E , 16E, 24E (E=25mm) ,  The same specification drawers can be easily interchangeable .

B .  The Rated Current of Drawer up to 400A , Every device can contain 9 pcs 8E drawer , It can be combined into up to 36 circuits .

3.2  Fixed Switchgear

These kind of switchgear can be used as incoming cabinet, outlet cabinet , capacitor cabinet , frequency converter cabinet, soft starter cabinet, Etc

 

3.3  Mixed Switchgear

  1. The drawer unit and fixed unit can be mixed to one cabinet frame .  Can be combined according each unit 8E .
  2. It can be used for the occasion there are both electric circuit and motor control circuit

Fixed partition cabinet

A: The circuit units are isolated from each other and plug-in or withdrawable circuit breaker is adopted to ensure the convenience equipment maintenance and repair .

B . Mainly applied to power distribution circuit , as well as some larger power motor control circuit .

Horizontal busbar

 

4.1 Horizontal busbar of switch cabinet arranged at the busbar chamber , can place in the back or top of the cabinet

4.2 While the horizontal busbar arrange at the back of cabinet ,  The are top and bottom layers

A : Single layer busbar system is consist of 2 pcs busbar , suitable for the current 2500A or below .

B : While the system current bigger than 2500A should apply the double layer busbar design , every phase contains 4 pcs busbar (Rated current can reach :   6300A) .  The main busbar can be different sectional in each layer .

The material of busbar is Copper (T2) ,  There are the specifications :  30mm x 10mm , 60mm x 10mm , 80mm x 10mm  ,

Busbar  with different section specifications can also be connected , and the busbar connect with the cabinet busbar do not need to punch holes .

4.3   The horizontal busbar should lay at the top position in the cabinet of back outgoing line structure .  (Maximum Current : 6300A , One unit should be reduced when the system current exceed 6300A ,  therefore the functional unit height is  1600mm)

Vertical busbar

A: The vertical busbar arrange at the vertical busbar chamber ,  Applied to the functional unit connect with the main busbar, The vertical busbar select the  L   type direct angle copper ,  lay it at the multi-functional board ,  it can be three or four phase .

B: The IP can be IP20 while  pull out in the drawer unit .

6    Protective conductor

6.1  The protective conductor is used to ensure the potential connection of the skeleton, which consists of both horizontal and vertical conductors located in each cabinet ,  The horizontal conductor is connected to the cabinet skeleton and other horizontal conductors. The vertical conductor uses an electric power cable to protect the conductor and connect the grounding line.

6.2  The  sectional area of the protective conductor can be customized according to the actual current requirement , select the proper specification .

  1.  The small control busbar

7.1 The control busbar can provide the power of total control circuit , and some field bus working power of communication devices .

7.2 The control busbar can be installed in the special disconnecting chamber , it can be laid throughout the system as required  .

  1. Cable vault

8.1  Cable vault used for assign the electrical cable , it located in one independent chamber in the front or back of cabinet .

8.2  The cable room has special primary and secondary wiring terminals and corresponding cable fixtures  .

8.3  According the real size of the cabinet and wiring methods , there are the cable outgoing ring or outgoing flange plate .

8.4  The module can be extend or reduce according the clients requirements .
